As org admin: create a module, add stations, and publish

Step-by-step

Step 1: Open Org Content

1. Open your organization workspace, then open Org Content.
2. Use the V2 org content editor. Legacy station records are not used in this workflow.
3. If prompted, select the correct organization.
4. Review the three sections first: Platform Library, Assigned to Organization, and Organization Modules.
5. Click Create Module in Organization Modules when you need a brand-new org-owned module.

Step 2: Complete Module Details

1. Fill title, URL Slug, description, category, tags, and status.
2. Save Module to unlock station workflow steps.

Step 3: Build stations

1. Use Station Blueprint for draft scaffolding, or click Add Station.
2. For each station, complete required fields: title, URL Slug, description, duration, instructions, patient persona, scoring criteria, AI system prompt, voice selection, teaching notes, and common mistakes.
3. Save each station.
4. Use Check readiness on any station that still has blockers or needs publish guidance.
5. Set station status to Published when it is learner-ready.

Step 4: Readiness & publish

1. Open Readiness & Publish and fix every blocker shown.
2. Set module status to Published and save.

Step 5: Reuse platform content when faster

1. Use Assign on a platform module when your learners only need access to the shared version.
2. Use Customize when your organization needs an editable fork of a platform module.
3. After customization, publish the org-owned fork; your organization should not rely on the original platform source for that customized module.
4. Remember: assigned modules are read-only until customized.

Step 6: Verify with a student view

1. Sign in as a student test account.
2. Open Modules and confirm the module is visible.
