Org admin: allocate credits to students

Allocate organization credits to individual students from the Org Admin Dashboard.

Step-by-step

Open Admin Dashboard from the sidebar.
Check the organization balance card first.
In User Management, find the student account.
Use the allocate action to assign credits.
Confirm success message appears.
Ask the student to refresh and retry practice.

Tips

Allocate in batches to match your teaching schedule.
Keep a small reserve for late enrollments.
If allocation fails, confirm the user role is student and membership is active.
