Manage members, cohorts, and Cohort Analytics

Step-by-step

1. Open your organization and go to Members.
2. Review active members, pending invitations, and seat usage.
3. Invite staff and students with correct roles and expiry dates.
4. Open Cohorts and create cohorts by intake/class.
5. Open each cohort and add eligible members.
6. Remember: students and tutors can be added to cohorts. Owners and admins stay outside cohort membership.
7. Open Cohort Analytics and compare readiness and progress across cohorts.
8. Prioritize support for cohorts with higher needs-practice counts.

Tips

• Use clear cohort names, for example: 2026 Intake A.
• Use the cohort detail dashboard for one cohort's at-risk learners, missed behaviours, station averages, latest evidence, and session review.
• Use Cohort Analytics for cross-cohort comparison rather than individual learner action.
• If student invites fail, check remaining seats and pending student invites.
• If a page is blocked, verify role permissions first.
