Use the role-based documentation hub to open the right guide for learners, tutors, admins, and support staff.

Step-by-step

Start with your role

Learners should open Student Onboarding Guide first.
Tutors should open Org Tutor Onboarding and tutor dashboard help.
Organization admins should open Org Admin Onboarding and the go-live setup guide.
Super admins should open Super Admin Role Onboarding, New Organization, and Billing Operations guides from Documentation.

Where to find the guides

Sign in to gotoMedics.
Open the protected /documentation route after signing in.
Choose the guide that matches your current role and workflow.
If you are reviewing organizations as a super admin, use the help links on the Organizations page for current access and billing workflows.
If you need shorter task-specific instructions, return to Help Center and open the matching article.
If you are still blocked, contact support with the page URL and exact error text.
