Org admin: manage seats and organization credits

Step-by-step

1. Open Organizations and select your organization.
2. Open the Organization Subscription card on dashboard.
3. Review status, plan, and current period information.
4. Set plan, billing cadence, and seat count.
5. Use Subscribe Organization for a new subscription.
6. Use Manage Subscription if already active.
7. Return and confirm seat and credit totals are updated.

Important

• Student seats include both active students and pending student invites.
• If student seats are full, new student invites are blocked.
• If seat verification is temporarily unavailable, student invites pause until Stripe can be checked again.
• Accepted students inherit organization access from the active organization subscription; they do not receive a separate Stripe subscription.
• Organization credits are allocated to students by admins.
