Find the right help article quickly

Simple tips for using Help Center search and choosing the right category.

Step-by-step

Use search first

Open Help Center from the navigation menu.
Type a short phrase in the search box, for example invite members or allocate credits.
Try one or two keywords first for cleaner results.
Open the top result and follow the steps in order.

If search does not help

Go back and open a help category card.
Choose the article that matches your role (admin, tutor, or student).
If you are blocked, open Technical Support and follow the troubleshooting playbook.
If you still need help, use the Contact page from Help Center.

Tip

When asking support for help, include what you clicked and what happened.

Include page URL, browser name, and exact error text so support can resolve issues faster.
